Enjoy the spacious 2,700-square-foot open floor plan with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms on two levels. The property can comfortably sleep up to six guests.
The patio and deck areas are relaxing and serene places to enjoy the outdoors. You’ll find various seating spots with gorgeous furnishings and a BBQ grill to make those outdoor favorites.
When you enter the home, you’ll step right into the expansive main living area accentuated by hardwood floors throughout. The entire home has been professionally decorated with a modern and inviting ambiance with a true Sedona feel.
Living Room: The spacious living area is completed with comfortable furnishings, surrounding a stone front gas fireplace and a 65'' TV with DirecTV satellite service provided.. You will enjoy plenty of natural light and views from floor to ceiling. Step out onto the adjacent patio and truly enjoy those red rock views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a true gourmet space. It features top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with convection oven and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Prep and entertaining are easy on the large quartz countertops and island bar. The patio is also accessible from the kitchen.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six; additional seating at the kitchen bar with seating for four.
There is an additional half bath on the main level.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms – Upper Level
Master — King size bed, 55” TV with DirecTV satellite service provided, gas fireplace, gigantic walk-in closet and plenty of windows to enjoy the views. The private bathroom offers a soaking tub and separate shower, and dual quartz countertop sinks. Step out onto private balcony to enjoy the desert air and mountain views.
Bedroom 2 - King bed, 55” TV with DirecTV satellite service provided, access to full shared bath that offers dual sinks and a tile shower.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed and shares full bath with bedroom 2.
