Living Room: The living room features a large sectional, a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the private patio where you will find a hot tub, outdoor seating, a fire pit and a propane BBQ
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliance. You’ll love the large kitchen island that offers seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms (all on upper level):
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 42” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony with lovely surrounding views. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a spacious soaking tub and a large separate shower with a bench seat.
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, 32” Smart TV, private bathroom with a shower
Bedroom 3— King size bed, queen sofa sleeper, 47” Smart TV, private access to the balcony, ensuite bathroom offers a large shower.

Seven Canyons Community Amenities:
Seven Canyons Community amenities include a clubhouse gastro-pub style restaurant and bar. There’s also a well-equipped fitness with Keiser equipment and Power Plate machines. Take a lap or two in the heated pool with lap lanes or relax in the steam room located in each locker room. Take in a round or two at the 18-hole Tom Weiskopf award-winning par-72 golf course, practice range, pro shop, putting green and golf lessons. (Payment is required at the restaurant and golf facilities.)

*Please be aware that the Seven Canyon area has no cell phone reception. In order to make calls, you will have to connect to the WiFi and turn on the WiFi calling in your cell phone settings.
